JOIN US FOR THE MINDSHIFT

Saturday, March 28 | 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
Today’s teens are facing more pressure, isolation, and mental health challenges than any generation before them. The Mindshift is designed to change that. This one-day experience equips students (8th–12th grade) and their parents with real tools, support, and hope.

With a keynote from Greg Ellis, former Dallas Cowboys defensive end and mental health advocate, hands-on workshops, honest conversations, and interactive breakout sessions, MindShift helps teens build confidence, resilience, and practical coping skills.
